Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective April 2026

This policy explains when and how refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed across the madtide platform — including bid packs, MadMall merchandise, and partner enrollment.

1. Bid packs

Bid packs are digital, consumable items. Unused bid packs may be refunded within seven (7) days of purchase, provided no bids from the pack have been placed in an auction. Once any bid from a pack has been played, the pack is considered redeemed and is non-refundable.

2. MadMall purchases

Physical merchandise purchased through the MadMall may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement or full refund at our discretion.

3. Items won at auction

Items won through live auctions are non-refundable except in cases of defect, damage, or non-delivery. Bids spent in auctions you did not win are not refundable in cash, but value is preserved through Pearls and the BuyNow feature.

4. Partner enrollment

Tidal Partner enrollment fees, where applicable, may be cancelled for a full refund within three (3) business days of enrollment in accordance with applicable direct-selling cooling-off rules. After that, refunds are governed by the Compensation Plan and your local jurisdiction.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support@madtide.com may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, or commissions.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@madtide.com with your order ID, the reason for your request, and supporting documentation (photos, screenshots) where applicable. We aim to respond within two business days.
