FTC & Advertising Disclosure

Effective April 2026

madtide and its Tidal Partners follow the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in other jurisdictions. This page describes the disclosures that must accompany any promotional content about madtide.

1. Material connection

Tidal Partners earn commissions when people they refer purchase bid packs that are later played. That is a material connection and it must be disclosed clearly and conspicuously every time you promote madtide.

2. Required language

Use plain, unambiguous language such as "#ad", "#affiliate", "Paid partnership with madtide", or a full sentence: "I am a madtide Tidal Partner and may earn a commission if you join through my link." Avoid vague tags such as "#sp", "#thanks", or "#partner" alone.

3. Placement

Disclosures must appear above the fold, before any "read more" cut, and in the same medium as the endorsement (e.g., spoken in a video, on-screen in a Reel, in the first lines of a post). Do not bury the disclosure in a bio, profile, or hashtag cloud.

4. No income or lifestyle claims

Do not state or imply specific earnings, ranks, lifestyles, or "average" results. Most participants in any partner program of this kind earn little to no income. Refer prospects to our Income Disclosure.

5. No medical, financial, or guarantee claims

Do not describe madtide as an investment, a job, a guaranteed return, or as a substitute for professional advice. Auction outcomes, MadMall savings, and commissions vary by participant.

6. Honesty about products

Endorsements must reflect honest opinions and your actual experience. Do not fabricate testimonials, recycle other people's wins as your own, or use manipulated screenshots.

7. Enforcement

Non-compliant promotional content must be corrected or removed on request. Repeat violations may result in commission reversal and termination of your Affiliate Agreement.
