1. Submitting a notice
To submit a DMCA notice, send the following in writing to our designated agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on madtide.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that are the subject of repeat valid infringement notices will be terminated in accordance with our policy.
