DMCA & Copyright Policy

madtide respects intellectual property rights. This policy explains how to submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how we respond.

1. Submitting a notice

To submit a DMCA notice, send the following in writing to our designated agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on madtide.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(g)(3). We will forward valid counter-notices to the original complainant.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts that are the subject of repeat valid infringement notices will be terminated in accordance with our policy.
