Anti-Spam Policy

Effective April 2026

This Anti-Spam Policy applies to madtide and to every Tidal Partner who promotes the platform. We require strict compliance with CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), GDPR / ePrivacy (EU/UK), and equivalent local laws.

1. Consent

You may only email, text, or message people who have given you clear and verifiable permission to contact them, or with whom you have a pre-existing business relationship that permits commercial outreach under applicable law.

2. Required content

  • Accurate "From," "Reply-To," and routing information.
  • A subject line that is not deceptive or misleading.
  • A clear and conspicuous identification that the message is an advertisement.
  • A valid physical postal address for the sender.
  • A working, one-click unsubscribe mechanism honored within ten (10) business days.

3. Prohibited practices

  • Purchased, scraped, or harvested contact lists.
  • Forged headers, deceptive subject lines, or cloaked redirects.
  • Sending from generic free-mail addresses pretending to be madtide.
  • Posting affiliate links in unrelated public forums, comment sections, or chat groups.

4. SMS & messaging apps

Text messaging and outreach via WhatsApp, Messenger, iMessage, or similar requires prior express consent, must include opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP"), and must comply with carrier rules including TCPA in the United States.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in commission forfeiture, account suspension, and termination of your Affiliate Agreement. Report suspected spam from madtide partners to abuse@madtide.com.
