1. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity.
- Bots, scripts, scrapers, emulators, or automated bidding tools of any kind. All auction activity must come from human input via approved clients.
- Multi-accounting, account sharing, or coordinated bidding between accounts ("syndicates").
- Reverse-engineering, probing, or attempting to disrupt platform integrity.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexually explicit content.
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or unapproved third-party marketing inside the platform.
2. Fair play
Auctions are structured around tiers and bid caps to keep play fair. Any attempt to defeat tier protection — including new accounts created to play in lower tiers — is a violation of this policy and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of bid balances.
3. Content you submit
You are responsible for the content you upload (profile photos, support messages, marketing assets). Do not submit anything that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have rights to.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, suspend or close accounts, reverse winnings or commissions, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Enforcement decisions are at madtide's discretion and may take effect without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or its members.

Report suspected abuse to abuse@madtide.com with as much detail as you can provide.
